This is the final Agreem[en]t made in the Court of our Sovereign Lord the King at Westm[inste]r from the day of the Holy Trinity in three weeks in the twenty sixth year of the Reign of George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith & Before Alexander Lord Loughborough Henry Gould George Rares and John Heath Justices of our Lord the King & others then & there present Between John Abbott pl[ain]t[iff] and James Taylor and Christian his wife Deforc[ian]ts of two Messuages two Curtilages & two Gardens with the appurt[enance]s in Ramsgate whereupon a Plea of Coven[an]t was Summoned between them in the same Court that is to say that the afores[ai]d James and Christian have Acknowledged the afores[ai]d Tenem[en]ts with the appurt[enance]s to be the Right of him the s[ai]d John as those which the s[ai]d John hath of the Gift of the afores[ai]d James and Christian And those they have Remised & Quitclaimed from them the s[ai]d James & Christian & their heirs to the afores[ai]d John & his heirs for ever And Moreover the s[ai]d James & Christian have Granted for them and the heirs of the s[ai]d James that they will warr[an]t to the afores[ai]d John & his heirs the afores[ai]d Tenem[en]ts with the appurt[enance]s against them the s[ai]d James & Christian & the heirs of the s[ai]d James for ever And further the s[ai]d James & Christian have Granted for them & the heirs of the s[ai]d Christian that they will warr[an]t to the afores[ai]d John and his heirs the afores[ai]d Tenem[en]ts with the appurt[enance]s against them the s[ai]d James & Christian & the heirs of the s[ai]d Christian for ever And for this Acknowledgment Remise Quitclaim warranties Fine & Agreem[en]t the s[ai]d John hath given to the afores[ai]d James & Christian Sixty Pounds Sterling.
